Tasting:
Our wines of Merlot and Cabernet benefit from a privileged exposure, from a geology particularly adapted to elaborate consistently quality red wines, very promising at the level of the guard, and which stand out by their beautiful material, a great finesse of aromas and a lot of flexibility. The barrel aging of Château Croix de Bern allows it to acquire nuances of vanilla, pepper, woody while presenting very rich tannins with a long and tasty finish. This wine of a promising guard will present a constant quality over the years.

Wine pairing:
Serve between 16°C and 18°C to accompany roasted meats, game in sauce, ceps, fresh cheeses or strong cheeses.
