Winemaking: after plot sorting of the oldest vines, traditional vinification with aging of 12 to 18 months in fine-grained French oak barrels, renewed by a third each year

Tasting:
Château Bel Air Prestige has a deep golden color and a very pleasant nose with notes of exotic fruits, wax, toast and spices, almonds and dried apricots. The palate is full and silky with aromas of yellow fruit, dried fruit, toasty, gingerbread and honey with unique notes of botrytis. A great sweet, complex and very balanced with notes of fruit and liquor mixed with many aromas and a very discreet woody.

Wine pairing:
Serve chilled around 12°C, as an aperitif, as an accompaniment to foie gras, white meats, fish in sauce, sweetbreads, blue cheeses and chocolate desserts.
