Tasting:
The Fleur Bel Air vintage has a slightly golden and very brilliant color. A characteristic nose mixing notes of yellow fruits, exotic, wax, toast and spices. This light and fruity wine can be appreciated in all serenity throughout the meal. All the same able, by its pronounced acidity and natural, to be preserved several years.

Wine pairing:
Serve chilled around 12°C, as an aperitif, as an accompaniment to foie gras, white meats, fish in sauce, sweetbreads, blue cheeses and chocolate desserts.
